Individual Therapy
$195 per session
50-minute sessions available in person or via teletherapy. Payment is due at the time of each session.
EMDR Therapy
$195 per session
50-minute sessions. 90-minute sessions are recommended for EMDR processing and can be arranged.
Clinical Supervision
$350 / month
Includes four required meeting hours plus individual support between sessions. Payment due on the first of each month.
Consultation

Custom rates for ABA clinics, school districts, and professional organizations. 50% deposit required upon contract signing.
Insurance & Payment
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. This decision is based on a commitment to protect your privacy and offer the most personalized care possible — without outside restrictions on the type, length, or frequency of treatment.
I'm happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, including FSA and HSA cards.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
