I utilize a trauma-informed approach to behavior support, integrating a deep understanding of the emotional nervous system and mental health needs. What Happens in a Session
Sessions are tailored to each individual's communication style and sensory needs. For children and teens, sessions often include a combination of talk therapy, play-based approaches, and practical skill-building. For adults, we focus on understanding your unique neurodivergent experience, developing self-advocacy skills, and addressing co-occurring mental health concerns. Parent and caregiver sessions provide strategies and support for the whole family system.
Duration & Frequency
Session length and frequency are individualized based on your needs. Standard sessions are 50 minutes, though some clients benefit from shorter or longer sessions. We'll work together to find the right rhythm for you or your family.
Who Is This For?
Autistic and other neurodivergent individuals of all ages, as well as their caregivers and support systems.
